Clinical Documentation: ML (Machine Learning) in health care has touched clinical documentation, freeing up physicians from the manual and complex structure of EHR, allowing them to focus more on care delivery

We have developed an application to assist cancer patients with oral chemotherapy from home:

It is a communication tool between the patient and all the medical professionals involved in his treatment, to support the patient and facilitate the follow-up of his health status

Enables data exchange between the patient and the hospital to improve compliance and management of adverse events
Allows the patient to contact their doctor or coordinating nurse to get a quick response to their questions
Is easy to configure so it can be used whenever remote contact can replace a hospital visit
